- Place the food (steak) in a ziploc bag and zip the bag closed with a drinking straw at its corner
- Put the ziploc bag inside a bucket of cold water and slowly push the bag into the water, keeping the corner together with the straw just above water
- The water pressure will force the sides of the zigloc bag tightly around the food (steak)
- After the bag completely immersed in water, pull out the straw quickly and zig the bag closed immediately
- Vacuum is now created inside the ziploc bag
Put steak and butter (2 tsp) in the zigloc bag with the plastic straw inserted in the corner.
Push the zigloc bag into water
